The CAN-2015D is an 8 Channel RTD Analog input device that is based off CANopen based network protocol. RTD input status are accessible and configuration of this device can be done through the EDS file. DeviceNet heartbeat and shutdown messages can also be done with this device.
This device is in compliance with DeviceNet specification Volume 1 Release 2.0 and Volume 2 Release 2.0, Errata 5. This is also a Group 2 Only Server (non-UCMM-capable) device. A predefined Master/Slave Connection Set is one of its features. Supported connections are the following: 1 connection for Explicit Messaging, 1 connection for Polled I/O, and 1 connection for Bit0Strobe I/O connection.
